Day by day, stress has become a part of our life. To get relief from stress you need to be calm and short tempered. However, how can it be? Every person has some emotions in them and will express them to others which are obvious. So to control it you need to control your mind, body and soul. In a very worse condition, stress can cause diabetes, depression, obesity, asthma, gastrointestinal problems, heart disease etc. 

There are many health problems occurred during stress. They can be :-

  1. Depression
  2. Anxiety
  3. Slepping problems
  4. Thyroid problems
  5. Many Heart diseases
  6. Eczema, a skin infection especially caused in scalp and even on eyelids
  7. Hesitation problems
  8. Hairloss

Since these serious conditions can grow in future if not taken proper care of curing stress. Day by day you will get used to it. This can be dangerous a lot. Some signs and symptoms that affect emotional, physical, behavioral can be noticed like:-

  1. Mood irritation or angry on everything

  3. Memory problems

Meditate at least 10 minutes everyday to remove stress from life. It will keep your mind calm and help to control your body. People should sleep at least 7 hours to rest their brain.
